"Ahh, I know you really want to talk to me, but I'm a pretty busy guy, you know. I guess you'll just have to leave a message so I can get back to you later, hm?"
Miss Phillips, along with Miss Gabor, Miss Pellegrini, and Miss Burns, was arrested for participating in being an accomplice to taking over the radio station KJEM and performing a pirated broadcast. Miss Phillips and the others claim that they are completely innocent and were set up by Mr. Kite. She was brought in and detained, given one phone call, and received bail from Rio Pacheco. She was released the following morning of her arrest.
[ A message pops up in your inbox from an anonymous source. How strange! If you don't delete it immediately, you'll be greeted with an audio message that's quiet, at first. In fact, it's quiet enough that just in time for you to turn it up, it starts to speak. It sounds suspiciously like Xerxes Break if you know him, but at the same time, there's a totally stupid voice being used, since it's not like Break would send this message along. Emily, though? Of course. She's such a gossip. ]
Had an x-ray done today. Guess what they found? It was you, safely tucked away in my heart! They said my heart is fine with a friend like you in it. Send this to all the people you love and care for, because if you don't, then something preeeetty bad might happen to them! Heart failure is pretty serious~! Kehehehehehe!!!
(( ooc note ; break is sending this to literally everyone in the game, so I'm sorry... Feel free to figure out he caused it, since it's not like he's trying that hard to hide it. ))
[ Guess who got the same chain mail that you did! Guess who took it way too serious and is now trying to make sure nothing bad happens to any of them by trying to figure out how many people there are that he cares about! If you guessed Heisuke, you'd be right. He's Very Worried about you. ]
souji the heart people said i had to send messages to all the people i know because otherwise bad things will happen to them and i know youd probably kill the bad things but i would just prefer you not have to do that so im telling you this and watch out for friends with xrays whatever those are
[it's undoubtedly weird. they definitely think much along the same lines, and they fight for the same causes—and it wouldn't surprise him if there are a great deal of other things they have in common. but things like that aren't what souji's interested in right now. right off the bat, there are definitely other sorts of concerns that would come first.
but even those? well, he's letting them slide a bit for the sake of conversation. he shrugs a little.]
I guess that may just be one of the ways that we differ, then. [since he's sort of the opposite. even if he maintains a certain respect level for elders and superiors, he's pretty casual about most things. and he doesn't particularly love when people are overly casual with him when he's the authority figure. not that he makes much of a big deal of it, but it's still something he considers. it's neither here nor there, though. he's not interested in forcing someone to speak more or less formally with him just because they share a name and basic history, after all.]
Which isn't anything unusual, except that she chooses to take her stroll when the majority of the colony ought to be asleep. Even Ba'ul's presence is a drowsy constant in her mind, acknowledging but not actively participating.
... Which is fine. Judith's content to be alone with her thoughts-- or so she thinks, until she glimpses a figure (and a sword) up ahead. Curious, she moves towards it, silent, but not bothering to hide her presence. ]
